Fertilisation and root development for peas and beans
Legumes fix their own nitrogen and so do not need nitrogen fertilisation in the usual sense — what limits them is root development and establishment. Our snap bean trial shows clearly that a low dose outperforms a high one.

The same strength throughout. In our trial 1.5 % outperformed 4 % on all four measures.
